New Build Snagging Reports

The New-Build Snagging Report is a detailed internal and external inspection of a newly built home. It records defects and unfinished work in a clear itemised report. This gives you a list to put to the builder for repair, ideally before completion or while the property is still under warranty.

The Level 3 Home Survey, also known as a Building Survey, provides the most detailed assessment of the property's condition before purchase. It is suited to older properties, typically those over fifty years old, or homes that have been extended or altered. The report explains the likely cause of defects as well as the repairs needed, with clear condition ratings throughout.

Focused Investigation

The Focused Investigation is a detailed inspection of a single defect or area of concern. It records the extent of the problem with photographs and meter readings where appropriate. The report sets out the likely cause and advises on the next step. Where specialist input is needed, the report will say so.

Market Appraisal

An informed opinion of the property's likely value. This is for your own records only and can be added to any survey report for an additional fee. It is not a formal valuation. It cannot be used or relied upon for lending, tax, probate, legal proceedings, matrimonial or any other formal purpose.
