About Me

I started my career with an Honours degree in Property Investment and Development, blending academic knowledge with hands-on experience. During my third year, I completed a year-long placement in Estate Agency and Valuation, gaining valuable practical expertise. After graduating, I joined the same agency full-time, spending four years honing my skills in property valuation and estate management.

Building on this foundation, I earned a Master’s Degree in Commercial Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University, deepening my knowledge in report writing, technical analysis, building regulations, and construction practices. Following a Building Energy Rating Course, I launched a year-long self-employment venture focused on Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), helping clients improve their properties’ energy efficiency.

I then applied my Master’s degree as a Business Development Manager for an office fit-out and design company. In this role, I enhanced my skills in client relations, project management, and delivering customized workspace solutions.

As a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA), I’m committed to providing high-quality, detailed surveys tailored to each client’s needs. My approach is rooted in accuracy, transparency, and helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.

Outside of my career, I’m passionate about property through DIY home projects—whether sourcing materials, tackling home renovations, or experimenting with interior design. These activities deepen my hands-on knowledge of construction and design, complementing my work as a surveyor.
