John Quigley - Residential Surveyor

I'm John Quigley, an independent residential surveyor. I cover Derry, Londonderry, Omagh, Strabane and County Donegal.

I hold an Honours degree in Property Investment and Development and a Master's Degree in Commercial Building Surveying. Before surveying I spent four years in estate agency and valuation and later worked in office fit-out and design.

I am a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) and carry out homebuyer surveys, Level 3 home surveys and new-build snagging reports across Northern Ireland and County Donegal.

My approach is straightforward: clear reports, honest findings and every survey inspected, written and delivered by me personally.
